Processed Files Appear When Using the Unprocessed Filter (VMS Exchange)

VMS Exchange Files now remain in a "Ready" status until any pending hours are processed. This improvement prevents confusion when filtering on unprocessed VMS Exchange files on the File Activity tab. Previously, files did not remain in the "Ready" status until all pending hours were processed.
